We received feedback from 64 customers in 2024. Each customer was asked to provide a score out of 40. Our feedback score was 2,498 out of a total possible 2,560 which was 98%.

"My review is not just about the outcome of the job, it is more about the three gents that undertook the work for me: Gary, Tom and Rob. Arriving at 8am and finding the supplies had not been delivered, they had to wait outside my property for four hours for the delivery.
On arrival, and on a Friday afternoon, they started on what was not a small or easy job. All I can say is that their workmanship and attitude was second to none.
I am more than pleased with the overall finish.”
Thank you for your feedback. We get our suppliers to drop direct to the job location which reduces the number of road miles the aggregates have to be transported on. Our suppliers are normally brilliant, occassionally there is a slip up, sometimes us and at times them. Our fitting teams are often praised for their dedication and commitment and we are delighted that they delivered again.

The teams are normally complimented on their engagement with clients, ensuring that the customer is happy with the set out of the project. When they were checking with you to ensure that you were satisfied, that was to provide you with the opportunities to tweak things if you desired - it wasn't a lack of skill or knowledge. These checks enabled the alterations you desired.
