We received feedback from 42 customers in 2025. Each customer was asked to provide a score out of 40. Our feedback score was 1,071 out of a total possible 1,080 which was 99%.
We request feedback from all our cutomers to help us with our aim to provide 100% satisfaction on every project.
Great communication throughout the process - especially appreciated with the appalling weather delaying work! Good choice of colours and helpful guidance. Paul and his team were a credit to your company - kept us informed and worked neatly creating a superb finish. Happy to recommend, from the prompt response to the initial enquiry to the tidying up.
Thank you for the feedback. A record period of wet weather has meant few completed jobs this year so far. The team were delighted to get some resin laid. We are proud of all our fitting teams - they have been with us for years and know their knowledge and experience shows when they are on site.

A great service and transformation carried out by a great team of workers who worked cheerfully in some awful wet conditions when preparation of the site was underway clearing all materials and leaving the site tidy .
The final resin topping was carried out last week in a rare dry day and looks lovely.
We were not aware however that we could not walk on it for the remainder of that day and had to remain inside for 24 hours! It was fortunate that it was not a mind the grandchild after school day.
Also we have been left with two heavy buckets of solid resin compound that were used to form a barrier to the drive access not sure how we dispose of them now too heavy for wheelie bin and unsure whether refuse site will accept them?
It is great to hear that you were pleased with the installation. We do seem to have slipped up with the communication, sorry about that. We will be collecting the buckets.

"From the beginning to the end we felt comfortable with the company.
Their showroom displays all the different resin colours, in large sections, which was very helpful.
All appointments were kept on time and the communication throughout the project was maintained.
The crew were respectful of our property and were unobtrusive.
They worked very hard ensuring the project was finished to a high standard and within their time frame.
Another plus for using Resin Master; they use a grab lorry to take the waste away rather than using skips.
We highly recommend them.”
